As fall transitions to winter, the birds are making their way to warmer climates - many of them passing through California. So we recommend you and your family put on your favorite Alice Frost T-shirt, grab a guidebook and your binoculars; and get outside to catch a glimpse of as many birds as possible! Introduce your children to the many species that are passing through, and get them excited to participate in the upcoming Christmas Bird Count!
